The vicotar® BLUE-Vision series TO66 rounds off the top end of the range of telecentric lenses. Thanks to the special colour correction, they deliver very high, almost double resolutions, especially with blue illumination.
Six high-resolution, fast lens versions with 66 millimetre object field diameters are now available. Since their beam paths are parallel on the object side, they provide images without perspective distortions. This is the only way to ensure precise positioning and measurements of the objects to be examined in industrial image processing. And that even with deep boreholes. With BLUE Vision optics, colour correction is extended deep into the blue spectral range. Due to the low diffraction, observations with very high resolution are therefore possible. This also applies to white LED illumination, as this light is known to have a very high blue component. But also up to the near infrared range, precise observations are possible with these lenses.
The TO66 lenses are designed for robust industrial use. They are available with different field diameters - staggered from 6.0 millimetres to 28.5 millimetres. The working distances vary from 240 millimetres for the smallest field diagonal to 120 millimetres for the largest. The aperture can be variably set and locked between F/8 and F/22, or F/10 to F/22. If strong vibrations are to be expected at the location of use, all lenses are also available in a vibration-proof version with a fixed aperture.
Thanks to the wide range of different lighting, attachment filters, deflection mirrors, beam splitters and various adapters, the telecentric lenses of the vicotar® BLUE-Vision series can be optimally equipped for any application.
