Vision & Control is expanding its vicotar® BLUE vision series with six telecentric measuring lenses with an object field diameter of 125 millimetres. Thanks to the special colour correction, they produce images with very high resolution, especially with white and blue LED illumination.
With the TO125 series, Vision & Control is expanding the family of telecentric measuring lenses of the vicotar® BLUE-Vision series by six fast models with 125 millimetre object field diameters. The TO125 lenses also have a parallel beam path on the object side, which means that they provide images without perspective distortion. This is the only way to achieve exact positioning and length measurements in industrial image processing, even with deep bores. BLUE Vision lenses are colour corrected for the visible spectral range and near infrared, extended deep into the blue spectral range. Since diffraction is lowest in blue light, this allows for very high resolution viewing. This also applies to white LED illumination, as this light has a very high blue component.
The TO125 lenses are designed for robust industrial use. They are available in different sensor sizes from 1/3" up to DX format. The working distances vary from 310 millimetres (6 mm field diagonal) to 190 millimetres (28.5 mm field diagonal). Up to the 1.2" sensor, the aperture can be variably set and locked between F/8 and F/22, beyond that from F/10 to F/22. If strong vibrations are to be expected on location, all vicotar® BLUE-Vision-TO125 lenses are also available in a vibration-proof version with fixed aperture.
Thanks to the wide range of different illuminators, attachment filters, deflection mirrors, beam splitters and various adapters, the telecentric lenses of the vicotar® BLUE-Vision series can be optimally equipped for any application.
