Since the beginning of its entrepreneurial activity, Vision & Control has also relied on regional suppliers and partners in purchasing. These relationships, which have been strengthened over the years, are advantageous for both sides. Efficient warehousing also makes our production relatively independent of supply bottlenecks.
For each of our products, there is an official production transfer, in which the entirety of the required individual parts, materials and production steps is shown. This forms the basis for placing orders with our certified partners and suppliers. A standardized incoming goods inspection ensures the high quality of our components even before production begins.

Quality requires a certain understanding of processes. We integrate our employees more strongly into the processes and give them more responsibility. In conjunction with the implementation of the QM system as an integrated online management system, quality has taken on a completely new dimension.
