With the new TO44 series, Vision & Control is expanding its BLUE Vision family with three telecentric measuring lenses with an object field diameter of 44 millimetres. They have a parallel beam path on the object side and therefore image objects without perspective distortion. Colour-optimised for blue light, the fast lenses are also ideally suited for working with white LED light. This is because the light is produced by combining a blue light-emitting diode with a yellow phosphor layer. In addition, the low-distortion lenses are characterised by high resolution, low lateral chromatic aberration and minimal telecentric aberration. Thanks to improved mechanics, the aperture can be set and locked very precisely from F6 to F22.
The TO44 series is available in three versions: TO44/6.2-150-V-B, TO44/8.8-110-V-B and TO44/11.0-110-V-B. They are designed for sensor diagonals of six, nine and eleven millimetres. The maximum image field diameter is 6.2, 8.8 or 11.0 millimetres. The working distances are 150 millimetres and 110 millimetres respectively. Designed for rugged industrial use, the TO44 series is ideal as a replacement for our T150 lens series. Thanks to the two clamping ranges 32g7 on the camera side and 56g7 on the lens side, as well as the two filter threads M52 and M 20.5, the TO44 lenses can be easily combined with the rest of the Vision & Control product portfolio. For example, the wide range of polarising, blocking and colour filters as well as ring lights and telecentric illuminators and other accessories. The TO44 series lenses are available immediately, delivery time is approximately two weeks.
