Vision & Control has a wide range of proven precision optics in its delivery program. For cases where customers cannot find what they are looking for even in this extensive range and an individually tailored solution is required, we now offer optics development on behalf of the customer. Our experienced team of optics designers and engineers works with the customer to create a complete solution, from the specifications to delivery with a test report - all in a closed technology chain. The focus is on the customer's specific requirements.
During development, the design engineers and optical designers use state-of-the-art software systems such as ZEMAX and Inventor. Development and manufacturing are carried out in-house in Germany within the framework of ISO-certified processes. By working with reliable regional suppliers and well-established supply chains, prototypes are available on time and spare parts are available on a long-term basis. This sophisticated and robust industrial environment allows for maximum flexibility.
What we develop we also produce
From the first inquiry to the delivery of the products, Vision & Control has established customer-oriented processes and procedures for this purpose: Sales staff receive the customer's technical and commercial ideas and arrange an initial meeting with the development team, which is of course free of charge. During this meeting, all necessary data and boundary conditions of the customer are recorded and an offer is prepared. Once the order has been placed, the optics team works with the customer to draw up binding specifications. After the prototype has been approved by the customer, the production data is created and transferred to production. In accordance with the agreed delivery conditions, the customer then receives the optical system developed and manufactured according to his specifications - on time and with a test report.
