Research and development professionals

With the support of the European Social Fund (ESF), the state of Thuringia supports the recruitment of qualified personnel for research and development.
Vision & Control uses this opportunity to strengthen its pool of specialists.
For two years, the company receives pro rata contributions from state funds and funds from the European Social Fund (ESF) as part of the R&D personnel guideline for innovative personnel.

The following two projects are funded:

Project 1 Customized optics
The objectives of this project are:

• develop and produce innovative optics effectively and dynamically in Thuringia with short supply chains
• development of the business field in connection with the project structure "customized optics", from planning, design, construction, documentation to the finished product
• conception and realization of the working, ordering and administration processes 

for industrial image processing in mechanical engineering and in automation technology.
 

Project 2

This project is intended to provide design and marketing support for the customer-specific optics project.

This includes, among other things, the preparation of technical documentation, technology-oriented market analyses in preparation for product marketing, product-related sales and marketing concepts and their realization.

This initiative by the Free State of Thuringia meets Vision & Control's efforts to keep skilled workers in the region and represents a contribution to the recruitment of personnel in research and development, enforcement or support of the commercialization of innovations.
