New telecentric measuring lenses for large image sensors

Vision & Control is expanding its extensive portfolio with four telecentric vicotar precision lenses

All new models have been developed for use with matrix and line cameras and a sensor diagonal/length of up to 21.4 mm, i.e. for 1.34-inch sensors.

Large image sensors offer high sensitivity and deliver high resolution images, but only when the upstream lens provides the conditions for excellent imaging.

Vision & Control's new telecentric lenses will meet this requirement.

The new high-resolution vicotar precision lenses stand out due to their bright, colour-corrected and particularly low-distortion design and impresses with their excellent imaging properties in the spectral range of 380 to 900 nm, the very parameters that are necessary to fulfil precise measurement tasks.

The new lenses have the established aperture for optimum incidence of light and good depth of field.

Extensive accessories and justification aids allow them to be quickly and securely mounted.

Thanks to their robust and compact design, the measuring lenses are dustproof and vibration-proof, and are particularly suitable for reliable industrial use in machine vision applications at ambient temperatures of -10 °C to +50 °C.
