Customer information for returning merchandise
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number request

Dear customer,

if you have merchandise to return to us or if you have a complaint, please proceed as follows:

Please contact us to receive an RMA number – Tel.: +49 (0) 3681-7974-43 or +49 (0) 3681-7974-20. The RMA serves as a clear identification for your returned merchandise and for quick and smooth processing. You can use it to view your status at any time.

Merchandise returned without an RMA number cannot be processed and we must send it back. Please use our RMA form above for returns.

Please enter the RMA number in the field provided and complete the form in full. Please enter the reason for return and ensure that the description of the reason is as accurate as possible.

The merchandise must be packed professionally. Please return the device in its original packaging. Do not use the original packaging as a shipping carton; instead pack it in a protected shipping carton. Please enclose the completed RMA form with your returned merchandise together with a copy of the delivery note and/or the invoice. Note the RMA number on the outside of the package. Please do not write the RMA number on the original product packaging.

Please send the package free of charge to Vision & Control, Mittelbergstrasse 16, 98527 Suhl, Germany.

Important information in the event of transport damage:
please report the damage immediately to the delivery company, otherwise your insurance cover shall lapse. If the delivery company does not wish to inspect the damage, you can return the damaged product to Vision & Control.
