Customer Information: Return of Goods
Request for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation)
Dear Customer,
In case you need to return goods to us or if you should have a complaint, then please proceed as follows:
Firstly, please contact us in order to receive an RMA number for your return of goods. Phone No.: +49 3681-7974-34 or +49 3681-7974-20. The RMA number serves as a clear identification of your returned goods as well as ensuring
rapid and smooth service. You can use it to query the status at any time.
Returned goods without an RMA number cannot be processed by us and will be returned. Please use the above RMA form your return of goods.
Enter the RMA number in the appropriate field and fill out the form completely. Enter the reason for the return, giving as much detail as possible.
Please include the following with the returned goods: the completed RMA form, copies of the delivery note and the invoice. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package and please do not write the RMA number on the original packaging of the product.
The goods must be properly packaged. Please return the equipment in its original packaging, but do not use this original packaging as the outer packaging but instead pack this, along with some extra protection, into a shipping carton.
Please send the package ‘carriage free’ to Vision & Control, Mittelbergstrasse 16, 98527 Suhl, Germany.
Important note regarding transport damage:
Please immediately report any damage to the delivery company. Otherwise, your insurance protection will be invalid.
If the delivery company did not wish to inspect the damage, you may then send the damaged product back to Vision & Control.
