Task:

 

Monitoring the quality of hot-stamped printing. Regulation of the application pressure of the hot-stamping device. Holders position the passports at a fixed distance from the camera.

 

Solution:

 

2 high-resolution pictor intelligent cameras, each equipped with an entocentric lens, and an indirect light (EBL211). The light is enclosed in a white housing to simulate shadowless illumination.

 

The printing in 130 separate fields is monitored.

 

Particularly prone to faults: the end of an emu’s beak, the tip of a kangaroo’s tail.
