Our multi-camera systems are specialised in the inspection of test objects from different perspectives. They allow absolute parallel image capture using different cameras and joint analysis of the views for an overall result. The wide range of supported cameras makes for optimum performance.

The multi-camera systems are compact and offer high performance along with high levels of flexibility and user-friendly operation. The extensive range of functions also enables complex solutions for combined inspection and measurement tasks in quality assurance. Hardware that is specially adapted to image processing and perfectly tailored software allows for extremely quick and highly precise measurements. Catch phrases coined from hardware, such as "parallel processing" and "high-speed shutter", become reality through complete, extremely complex and simultaneously user-friendly image processing software. Multi camera systems of varying levels of efficiency provide individual adaptation of applications and thus lead to reduced project costs as well.

Real-time guarantee

vicosys' Linux-based operating system is specially designed for a smooth workflow. Faults that arise in PC-based systems (e.g. swapping, heap access and hardware interrupts) are thus avoided.

Performance guarantee
A large number of varying camera types lead to optimum inspection quality. In parallel to this, line and matrix cameras capture images that the system processes at high speed.

Ready-for-work guarantee
Mounting adapter, process coupling module and I/O devices guarantee simple and secure integration in the process at hand.
