ENRICO SCHOEPPACH NEW HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT AT VISION & CONTROL

After completing his academic studies in “Informatics and Communication Technology”, Enrico Schoeppach began his career in 2004 as a development engineer at Vision & Control. After just one year he took over the position as product manager for “Intelligent Cameras” in the Systems division. Since September 2008 the 26 year old graduate engineer is the new head of development Systems with the company specialised in industrial image processing.

Enrico Schoeppach will be responsible in the future for the development of software and hardware for systems for industrial image processing, in particular the further development of vision sensors. His duties include managing development projects for image processing systems, e.g. for new generations of vision sensors, as well as for standard and customised OEM products.

Opening up new fields of application for industrial image processing in a wide variety of different branches, such as the automotive industry, is one of the most immediate challenges facing the development manager, born in Meiningen.
